We’ve gained traction with a large variety of businesses over the past 18 months who are using our services daily. Our two main platforms – Crozdesk and Softonic – for Business offer users a one-stop shop to find and compare applications across 200+ different sectors, while providing a high-value environment for B2B software advertisers.

Job Profile:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial minded candidate with heaps of motivation and an unparalleled willingness to learn. You should have a strong aptitude for technology and the world of software.
While we’re open to candidates with < 3 years of experience you should have a decent understanding of the SaaS and business world and be willing to learn the rest.
Ideally this role will evolve over time from very hands on and procedure focussed, like managing sales pipelines, outreach and client / user facing operations, into a more senior role with lots of responsibility and potentially a fully-fledged management role with sizeable stock options as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the core team, which drives strategy, product changes and the overall development of the company
  • Manage sales pipeline, reach out to potential clients and help them understand our offering
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, customers and users
  • Develop and improve the sales and growth process over time
  • Keep an eye on metrics and adapt accordingly
  • Be adaptable, put out fires and help us achieve the long-term vision

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant / related field or equivalent work experience
  • Min. 1+ years of experience working in startups preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent English language skills and work-permit for the UK
  • Demonstrable expertise / skills in tech sales and online operations
  • Excellent communication skills and borderline OCD when it comes to detail. An eye for detail and a passion for product and growth is essential.
  • Crisis-management, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Team player willing to support and assist colleagues
  • Knowledge of and experience using SaaS tools – from data analytics to sales, social media, etc.
