Great infographic. I would also add a section for customer retention with services like Retention Science (retentionscience.com) and Metricsco (www.metricsco.com)
Great idea – as this is something we find a lot of people are after, and is a really interesting area, it’s not just about getting the customers after all!
Will definitely check out your recommendations – and we’ll try to have a feature on customer retention apps soon!

I guess if you want to keep a lean team and still be productive you have to automate some tasks you would have to do manually, saving time and beeing data based.
Anyway, I notice that content is one of your verticals and i was wondering how do you do to organize the writers, editors and all the production workflow?
Hi Pedro – thanks for the kind words!
Typically, we’ll use a combination of the above – along with WordPress and other sharing, promotion & content development tools. That said, Contentools looks v.interesting, do feel free to list it on Crozdesk and we’ll get it reviewed and featured ASAP 🙂
